Santa Barbara church

The antique Santa Bárbara hermitage or the Inmaculada church, it is a place that has a very dynamic and controversial history.

It worked as a hermitage from 1583 and in 1750 the Pope Benedicto XIV appointed to the brother Justo de Valencia that was born in Spain, perpetual director of the church. It is painted with an attractive bicolor and it is located near to the small square of Virgin of Chiquinquirá and the Cathedral.
