La Fundacion Park

It is located between the Gumilla Avenue and Centurion Avenue, here is where the stone that represents the seventh foundation of Santo Tomé of Guayana is located.

This park was built by Rómulo Betancourt in the place where was founded of the modern city "Santo Tomé de Guayana", which today constitutes the Ciudad Guayana. In the northern part is exhibited a bronze sculpture that was made by artist Carlos González Bogen.
